Well, first thing is first. I received several emails regarding quantity. The answer is simple, unless I’m baking and therefore you have to measure quantity accordingly I generally do not know how much of something to use, never have, never will. I taste it until it meets my criteria. Yes, I know this may seem like the easy way out, nevertheless it is the honest truth!
I will be updating soon, including a Spaghetti aile e olio, french onion soup (beer optional) and finally calamari with tomatoe sauce, great with bread!
